Come play in the Southeast's largest and cleanest indoor Playground.
Our playground was built and is managed with safety and cleanliness as our most important goals. Because of growing health concerns we clean and sanitize all playing surfaces at the end of every session. The 2010 price increase is due to the rising sanitization and cleaning cost. We are proud that even with this increase we are still half the price of our competitors. We reserve the right to close the playground to sanitize if a child has an accident. Nothing will be owed back to the customers and after cleanup is complete customers may come back in for the remaining time left to their session. This is for the health and safety of all our guest and we appreciate your cooperation. Plaza Fiesta encourages parents to assist and play with their child by offering entrance to parents free of charge.

We've Improved Security Procedures
At Happy Zone, we take the safety of the children seriously. We have made improvements in the monitoring of compliance with our rules about children always being accompanied by a parent or guardian when they enter or exit the play space. We've also implemented procedures to closely monitor our staff compliance with the rules. PLAYGROUND WAIVER
Every guardian must download and sign a waiver for their accompanying child.

PLAYGROUND RULES
- • All Children 5 years or younger must be accompanied by a guardian. Children can not be accompanied by another child and guardian must be 18 or older.
- • Every child and accompanying guardian must remove shoes while playing.
- • Socks are required by every guest.
- • We enforce a 58" or 12 year old - height and age limits for the safety of our younger guests.
- • Obey referees at all times
- No food, drinks, candies or gum are permitted in the playground. This includes handing over the railings to children inside the playground.
- • No running, pushing, shoving, wrestling or rough play
- • No flips, climbing or hanging on playground
- • Children must slide seated, feet first on all slides
- • Parents must be present at the end of each play session to pick up their children
- • For every child's safety our playground attendants will not release a child from the playground with out a guardian.
- • Children must be accompanied by an adult in order to be admitted and adults are not permitted to enter without a child.
- • Children and adult must obey or attendants at all times. Playground attendants reserve the right to dismiss a child or adult if they are being a potential danger to our other guests.
- • Use of playground is at your own risk.
- • Management is not responsible for injuries or accidents.
COST OF PLAYGROUND ADMISSION
The admission prices are: $4.00 per child, per session on weekdays and $3.00 per child, per session on weekends.
PLAYGROUND SESSION SCHEDULE
WEEKDAYS (Mondays through Fridays)
Three sessions per day: 10am to 1pm; 1:15 to 4:45 pm and 5pm to 7:45 pm
SATURDAYS and SUNDAYS
Weekend sessions are 1 hour and 45 minutes and will be closed 15 minutes for maintenance. Sessions start at 10am/ 12pm/ 2pm/ 4pm and 6pm. The 6pm session on Sunday is only $2.00 because playground closes at 6:45pm.
Note: management reserves the right to change schedule at their sole discretion
Check our schedule before visiting our playground.
During weekdays the playground may be closed temporarily for minor cleaning and maintenance. This will be announced one week prior to closing and will be posted in the mall’s schedule.
Happy Zone reserves the right to ask any guests who do not follow the rules to leave.
This playground is reserved for use by Plaza Fiesta Carolinas customers. Happy Zone reserves the right to refuse service to anyone they deem as a potential safety hazard to our other guests. Any person caught with or suspected of having weapons or any other type of contraband will be removed by security and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Playground attendants are on site to make sure that everybody has a fun time in a clean environment not to babysit. Guardians are allowed in to ensure there child has a great time while obeying the rules of the playground.
