Procedures To Rent a Booth at Plaza Fiesta Carolinas:
1. Fill out an application form in the administration office and/or on the website.

3. Once the application has been received, it will be submitted for approval. The criteria for approving applications is based on the type of business that you desire to open, and depends on the availability of that category we are offering; once approved, we will contact you to arrange an appointment so that you can present us with your product or services.
4. Keep in mind that the selection of applications ensures a greater variety of products in the Plaza.
5. Some of the categories will be repeated more than others, but it’s our job to assure you that there will be a balance. This will ensure that our leaseholders can do business.

Contract Terms:

1. It is a minimum six-month term lease agreement.
2. The space dimensions are approximately 11'x11'
3. The cost per space vary from $300.00 and up, depending on location.
4. We require one month's rent for security deposit and first month's rent.
5. You can rent more than one space if needed.
6. Every tenant will take care of the enclosure of its space; we will provide you with light fixtures, electrical outlets, telephone jack, and metallic roll down front door.
